Sangrita la Mansion
|
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup freshgrapefruit juice
Juice of about 1-1/2 limes (Mexican limon)
1-1/2 cups tomato juice
2 teaspoons Tabasco Sauce

3 dashs of pepper
4 dashs of salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Maggi Seasoning
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
Mix all ingredients and chill. The restaurant at La Mansion del Sol serves this in a small glass with an ice cube. This recipe makes about one liter of sangrita. Fresh ingredients give the best results, but store bought items will work. You can adjust the amount of spices to taste.
